Rod E. Fehlman is on retainer for our office. He has been a practicing attorney since 1996. His law practice is dedicated exclusively to residential real estate law. Me. Fehlman represents primary agents and brokers in a wide variety of matters, including mediation, arbitration, litigation, Department of Real Estate complaints, Multiple Listing Service disputes and commission demands.

Ron manages sales and drives production by assisting agents with their daily transactional needs. He guides and supports all agents by overseeing their transactions and consistently feeding them with fresh knowledge and industry updates. Ron Dutchen strives to develop each and every agent at Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty on an intellectual and professional level.

Patricia reviews all transaction files for completeness and compliance, works with all agents regarding compliance questions, disclosures & contracts. One-on-one compliance with new agents. Completes commission disbursements for accounting on all closings & requests commission checks. Gives commission checks to agents upon closing of transaction.

His primary job function is to maintain and operate all information systems within the network. He manages and oversees all servers, computers, printers, networking peripherals and all end users within the network. His secondary key role is in managing the graphics and marketing department.
